Property ownership transfer for sale to bear my fathers

Hello, My father suffered a major head injury 6 months back which has left him minimally conscious. He just opens his eyes, can not speak or communicate in any way. So far his medical procedures have cost me upward of 30lacs and I am out of money as I have had to leave my work to take his care. My father has property in his name in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh which I want to sell off to bear his medical expenses further as it is costing us almost 1 lac per month. Kindly suggest what is the procedure to get the authority to sell of his property for his medical expenses. I am 32 and unmarried and have a younger sister who is 25 and also unmarried and a mother who is 60. Kindly suggest what can we do and what is the procedure to become the authority to take over the legal matters to sell off the land to continue his treatment. thanks in advance. Separately need help.
