Property once sold cannot get fresh title

A builder bought a plot of agcl.land - got DC conversion - made sites (under city municipal limits)- sold sites through regd.sale deeds and transfered the sites to all the concerned site owners through local bodies. After six years, by procuring their earlier revenue records like Mutation, RTC, from Taluk office, secretely  pledged the whole plot by changing site numbers (intentionally)pretending to raise a loan from  to a pvt.Bank (colluding with some officials in the bank) became a defaulter. The bank through public auction sold all the sites (plot) to another land mafia. since these people are highly influential and have political backup. the poor panicky site owners run-around to seek justice from Police and legal support, but in vein.

Kindly help us and suggest the course of action to be taken under these circumstances and against these land mafia so as  to safe-guard our hard earned properties. Could anybody help us?
