My late grandfather had a office on pagdi system basic of very nominal monthly rental from last 60 years in Old Delhi. This office is currently occupied by my uncle ( my Father younger brother). my late grandfather had 3 sons and 4 daughter out of this my father is expired and currently i am the only alive grand son.
is i have any right in this property and how can i claim it.
