Hi,
Since you are in Bangalore you can enlghten me on the following-
1) What is the stamp value for a SPOA to be registered in Bangalore?
2) Can we pay online the said payment and attach the challan to the SPOA?
3) Can one make such payment about 15days in advance?
4) Can the principal party register the said SPOA in any of the sub registrar's ofice in Bangalore?
5) If the principal party is medicaly unfit will the registrar's official visit the home and do the needful?
6) Do we have to pay something extra to the registrar for home visit?
7) Do we need take an appointment for the above home visit?
8) How many days in advance?
