Property law

I purchased a property in delhi in 1997. Title documents are in my name . My father expired in 2013 leaving behind wife, two sons(including me) one daughter. In 2017 my brother filed a partition suit in respect to the properties of my father. He made other legal heirs as party to suit. Thereafter my sister filed WS and in collusion with brother and to harass and blackmail me is she claiming right in my self acquired/personal
property purchased by me in 1997. She did not mention the complete particulars/details of the property in her WS. No copy of WS was ever served upon me. No stay has been granted by court.
Query :
1. Can I sell my property to third party as I am the lawfully owner?

2. What will be the repercussions of such sale as my sister may harass the purchaser. ?

Ji, your sister cannot claim any share in your property as it is your self acquired property.  If she filed in WS that your property has also to be partitioned, then submit your title deed before the court.  consult your own counsel.
