I hold a plot of land in Rewa Madhya Pradesh along with joint ownership with my mther since 1987. Me and my mother want to sell the plot now. I have registry and khasra (rin pustika) of the plot. When i went to sell the plot on this date , I realised its map is incorrect and old on the registry. Online khasra reflects a person with no identity known by anyone in our area. When i filed RTI question. it was left unanswered by collecterate. People are assuming things and telling me. Th eplot is empty and nobody claimed any rights so far too.
How to quickly resolve this issue? What should be the procedure and how much time it takes to fix these issues?
