Property issues

Hello,

My father bought a property in 1980 and then he bought one for me in 1999, we do not have any legal papers for it, we only have a Transfer and share certificates for it.

How do we make legal document to prove our ownership? and should the property get transfered to wife or childrens also have rights to it?

Sir,

Is you father alive or not?

If he is alive then he can transfer the property in your name via gift deed and the same be registerd in your name, but if he is not alive then the you will have to apply for legal heir certificate and get the property mutated in your name.

Warm Regards

Hello,

Nope, he is not alive and my mother got heir affidavit created but society is only ready to tranfer it in my moms name instead of adding mother and kids

How do we get our names added to the property?

Thanks
