I am fighting divorce and 498a with wife. And minor son is in her custody.
What are the methods by which i can avoid any kind of claim of property by the minor at later stage?
Property menains self aquired or inherited.
Does, any terms and conditions of mutual divorce MoM will have any restrain and binding on minor from claiming in property future even when he becomes major.
