I have one query regarding my fathers property
my father has purchased one land in name of my grandmother , my grandmother died in dec 2005 , by vashiyat that land my father transfered in name of my mother
now my mother wants to transfer this property through gift deed in my name , i am single son and have 4 sisters
can my sister claim in this land as it is an ancestral land or this cant be claimed as ancestral land
please someone can guide me what can be done to tranfer it in my name
