My Father registered the property in Sub register office at Kerala (in year around 1998), where the house is located in Tamilnadu. Now some people says that the registration is not valid as it is registered outside the Tamilnadu state.
1. Is that registration is valid ?
2. What is the proceure to re-register in Tamilnadu?
3. What is the cost / stamp duty ect?
