I have one elder brother & sister.As I am youngest one, father offered me either take existing new house as my share or build a new house in the plot behind this house that all are father's property. . So I decided to give existing house to my elder brother and will build a new house behind that..we haven't yet made this decision in paper but only verbal promises. So my concern is that before going for construction of new house, should I first make this decision as documents or not..Can you please explain what type of documents/registration can we make on this case wihtout having any issues in future..
