Hi,
My Grandfather (dies in 2001) and Grand mother (died in 2006) having 2 sons and 2 daughter,
1. the property is self acquired property of my grand father.
2. He divided hes property in 1994 to 2 sons (both are dead now owned by there sons) and 1 daughter
3. In property division papers he mentioned why he’s not giving property to another daughter
Now another daughter can claim the property legally?
If she tried to claim is there any way affect another daughter (who got property share from he’s father)?
