Property dispute need opinion

Dear Leagal Experts,

I own 2 flats.

1. I as 1st Name + my mother as co owner

2. My wife 1st Name + my Mother as co owner

we are Muslims. i have 2 step sister born by first wife of my father, now she is no more.

My query

1. What problem can arise in future where my Mother is coowner in the property

2. Can my step sister claim there share in property as my Mother is a co owner?

3. Plz provide the soloution? what can be done legally?

Hi Nishant, Yes your sisters will be equally entailed in the property as per ordinary rule, apart from it there are another rules as well which are depends on the circumstances and agreement of property.

Dear Legal Experts

My Mother is ready to take off her name from Registry (Sale deed) of flat in which she is a co owner.

Plz reply to the above queries and also tell whats the procedure to get remove her name from sale deed/ Registry of Flat so that no claim can be made by the step sister in future.
