Property dispute

Sir,

My Grandfather had 3 sonsand 2 daughters. He made a will 2 yrs before dying and got it registered. After that he got really sick. 6 months before dying, he made another will. The witnesses of this will are no more now!

in this new will, he has divided the property in 4 parts. 3 for his sons, and 1 for his wife (my grandmother). She has gifted her share to 2 sons(leaving out my father). Can we challenge this will, as it was made, when he was not well, even his signatures are not matching.

he has given us absolute right to a flat on second floor(in which I am currently living) but there is no mention of the roof above that!, So does does this roof belong to?

If u could answer these 2 questions, I would be really grateful!
