Sir, I bought a approved land with my brother as undived (2450 sq ft ) Now we have to divide the to half grounds. We bought the land through bank loan and closed the loan 2 years back since he refused to come for registration is my first problem, second he wants to do as settlement deed. I want to know , which is correct, partition deed , release deed or settlement deed. few persons are saying in partition deed, one document will come and in release deed and settlement deed we both can get two seperate documents. I am confused and can not go for registration, so please guide me to solve the problem and which is correct deed, Thanking you.
