Property dispute

hello, The Property is includes my name and the property is being captured by my brothers, they have registered their names on some part of land against their name, without any mutual consent with other co-owners. and the note saying this much of land is of his right is being written on property papers for this they have not taken any other co-owners in loop. what will be the suggestion or what can we do for solution.
