Property dispute

Respected Sir/Madam, I have my name on property document of nearly 2.5 acres. after death of my parents the brothers have captured that land and constructed. some part of land is newly constructed, can i get the stay order on that land. and how can i get the property rights kindly suggest.

If the property is is in your name and owned by you, how came they managed constrcution on that, were you sleeping till now?

Just file the eviction suit and get possesion ,

Just file the eviction suit and get possesion before it is further delayed...just file complaint for trespass too

they are my brothers and the land is not defined in piece

the whole land is not in my name, my name is in co-owner.

Then file for partition suit ,get your land demarcated and settle the matter.

and more, some part of land has been taken on their name saying, this much portion belongs to them without taking in loop or can say without information to other co-owners

and the document from talathi is been sanctioned.
