Property dispute

Need help my grandfather died and transfered one residential property to grandmother by notary will and my grandmother has regsitered property by registered will in my uncle name after her death we get to know this. What can we do to take share in property.

If the Property was self acquired property of your grand father then you can not challenge it's transfer and if the Property is ancestral then you have right to challenge it's transfer.
