Property dispute

My grandfather did 2 marriages. From 1st marriage he had 1 daughter (she is expired) and from 2nd marriage 1 daughter (expired) and 5 son. There is property dispute among his sons, my father want to file a civil suite. Will the daughter family also eligible in property share? Please clarify this, thanks

It seems that dispute of questioned property ( grandfather's ) is among your father and his brothers and property belongs to their father' partition has to take place among your father and his brothers so no need to implead any daughter of your family..

It is believed that all involved are Hindu.

Confirm!

The nature of property is acquired/ancestral in the hands of Grandfather.
Succession opens on date of death.

The daughters can claim their share.
