My aunty filed case against my father for partition and injunction on land at village near palghar. But in that case she not show whole ancestral property. She staying at borivali, she staying in flat which purchased by my grandfather and my grandfather allowed her to stay for few years in that such flat because her husband loss his service in that period and she not had any shelter. But still she staying there with her elder son and son also purchased one flat and land at palghar. Now i want advice that she fraudly not include that flat in that case so waht we have to do?
