Property disput.

Hi, My father was the youngest amongst their brother, where during his service period he purchased some property and register in the name of his elder brother. During 1990 my father passed away, and i want to know can i claim the property bought by my father which was register in the name of his elder brother.

No. You cannot. since the property is on your father's elder brother and it was registered. Your father intentionally done it. So no claim from your part.

Is your father’s elder brother in whose name title exists: alive?

Is he married and has children?

Is his mother alive?

Can you establish that your father paid the money to buy said property and this money was not gift to his brother?

 

Is amicable settlement of such contentious issue not possible?

Try and your uncle may by his own volition give (some) share to all of you or let you enjoy the property.
