Property claim by 2nd mother (not step mother) children

Dear Sir,

I brought property from a person whose property was part of a layout formed by one of his relatives. His land was developed and marketed as residential sites one of which was bought by me. registration was done by the actual property owner. After some time this person died and his so called 2nd mother's children (not step mother as this person's mother is still alive) are not allowing me to use the property saying that they have put a case on the whole of their brothers property as he does not hold full rights to the land and even they have a share of that property.

What is the legal position regarding claim by step mothers children

what is the legal position regarding claim by 2nd mother's children

what is the legal position of property claim by 2nd mother's children after they have been sold to others by their step brother(the one who has sold me property)
