I AM IN POSSESSION OF A FLAT. IT IS IN MY NAME AGAINST LOAN FROM AIRFORCE FOR 20 YRS. NOW DUE TO DISPUTE WITH MY WIFE IWANT TO TRANSFER IT TO MY FATHER/MOTHER NAME.IS IT POSSIBLE BCAUSE I DONT WANT MY WIFE TO CLAIM IT

Yes you can transfer the ownership of your flat by registered sale deedor gift deed to any one but before transfer of ownership you have to repay/clear all the loan amount to Air Force.
