Wife left husband house and 2 sons 13 and 11 yrs without permission. 4 months since she left, had police counselling thrice but wife willing to come back with her conditions even police did not like, they told her to go to court and sort out. sons not willing to stay with her. my question is: can she claim for property rights or alimony, the property (sale deed) was bought in my mother's name though i sent money. later my mother transferred to me by settlement agreement. after my wife left i transferred back to my mother by settle agreement. Will i have to pay any alimony? she is postgraduate and joined a school now, will i have to pay maintenance to her as the sons are with me and under my care?
