Property

Dear all, I am a divorcee&i hv a 8yr old girl child from my ex husbnd,I gt divorced in the year 2014,at tht time I didnt claim any property nor maintenance from him. Years passed &still they dont feel to share any property without pressure. My question is my child eligible for ancestral property of her grandfather (she is the 4th generation)my child's father is still unmarried and doesn't have any property in his name. my ex FIL purposefully didn't share any of his property to my ex husband fearing his daughter might claim in future. Although ex FIL has shared half of his ancestral property to his other son. What are my child's rights? Expecting answers ....
