I have purchased a plot at a developing venture 24 years back, outskirts of the Hyderabad.

Now I knew that some dispute is going on that venture between builders (who sold me) and sellers to the builders.

I informed to the builder about the facts, he informed that he is not concerned, it is already sold 24 years back.

Please help us how to approach builder

1. We cannot question the builder about legal rights and possession now?

2. If there is problem in legal rights , can I request compensation
