Dear Sir,
We are from a christian community. My late grand father has 4 daughters and 1 son, he had a house in his name, which he has given to his last daughter by will (Since she took care of him in is last days). The will is registered in the last daughters name. Son is staying in that house from last 14 years and still the khata is in my late granfathers name. My question is.
a) can the son who is in the possesion of the house, has any right in the property.
