Sir, Will  TAMIL NADU  Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act 1973  and TAMIL NADU PRIVATE SCHOOLS (Regulation) Rules, 1974 is applicable to Aided Minority Schools. Especially  RULE 15 (4) is applicable for promotion or not?
