Can u explain me I dont know exactly what is illegal in this? I have not given I was forced to do so. I was just want to have suggessions on that in this site.

lending money, that too, to a friend, is not illegal. Don't worry.
You can lend money with or without interest. its your wish.
As regards, promissory note, legally speaking, it should be filled up and signed by the party who executes it.
