Normally a product is given one year warranty. What are the manufacturer's obligations after warranty period. Are they required to provide services / make spares available on paid basis even after the warranty period.

Company is liable on paid basis.

If it is a out of warranty, then the company is not liable to pay but I think the company is required to make spares available for certain period even after the warranty period.
