Our Company is entering into a Product Supply Agreement with various parties. The various parties shall supply products which our company will sell/market using brand name.
My query is whether such a product supply agreement is required to be registered u/s 17 of the Registration Act?
Section 17 which deals with compulsory registration which states that:
(c) non- testamentary instruments which acknowledge the receipt or payment of any consideration on account of the creation, declaration, assignment, limitation or extinction of any such right, title or interest. Will this section require the agreemnt to be registered compulsorily?
