Process and documentation for duplicate society reggistrati

Dear all,

kindly let men know the process and documentation required, for getting certified society registration certificate registered in ghaziabad U.P.(meerut) and copy of by-laws, I have misplaced the original certificate, but have scan copy with me.
I am told i can get the copy from Meerut.
