Procedure to make 2.5 guntha plot into na

Hi,

I saw a plot of 2500 sqfts. And I need to make that plot into NA plot. Seller have all the docs of plot with Gunthewari Certificate. I stay in Pune. Property is comes under Pune Corporation.

How Can I change it to NA? or what is the procedure to make plot N.A. plot? What docs required?

Please help me in this.
