I have been asked to appear in court for a particulal Original suit (2009) for which an Execution Petition has been filed in 2015, further an Execution Appeal (E.A) has been made in 2017. I have no idea about what the case is about and I have been inculded as proposed party in the E.A filed in 2017 for a house that I bought in 2017.
I am looking forward to know the actual history of the OS & EP to get an idea about what this is about and I have consulted a couple of advocates out of the jurisdiction, they asked for the OS copy.
I would like to know the procecures to get OS copy, EP copy and case history in sub court Tambaram, Kancheepuram.
Need inputs please.
