Plaintiff has filed a RFA in high court taking different statnd. Earlier she has filed a case in civil court saying that the properties are joint family properties of her father. Since in this case plaintiffs father was died before 2005 court has dismissed the case as barred by law.
Now she has filed a appeal in the same case saying that it was a self aquired priperties.
I want to file a complaint to the court under section 191, 192, 193 read with crpc 340 to the megistrate who is hearing the present case
Will it be fled as a complaint to the megistrate who is hearing the case or it has to be filed as an application. which one is correct procedure below.
