Procedure for transfer of property

My grandmother had a flat in Kolkata in her name. After she passed away she is succeeded by two daughters and one son. I am the son of her youngest daughter. My auncle and aunty has decided to transfer their part of share in the flat in my name. What is the legal way of doing it?
