My Uncle Died in Hit and Run case in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 2013.
I and his son was eye witness in that incident. We lodged complaint and Driver was arrested Case got completed in Trial Court with conviction to driver and in appeal to Driver was convicted.
Sessions Court Dirrected Criminal to get present in front of trial court for implementing punishment.
Now that criminal driver has ran away and is not coming to court. Warrant is issued against him.
I want to know what is procedure after judgement if criminal runs away?
