With our shop we have one neighbourer who deals in car parts. To increase sale he given part of his shop to one denter painter. First he used inner side of shop for painting of parts with less work. As work increased he put one room inside and started painting in open are in front of shop. That Paint spread out and after our car and scooter colour affected. spray came on our shop also . Secondly he put up cars and block the front side of shop. despite many verbal requests and verbal fight over things he is reluctant. Please suggest how legally we can fight as its affecting our possesions, our health and affect on bussiness also comes.
