I had bought a land which has patta from Person A. Person A bought the land from Person B. Person B got this land from his father. But while registering, Person B mentioned his daughter's name in the document. During registration, daughter's age is 6. So he has mentioned in the document that he is selling the land for his daughter's educational purpose. So, 6 lakhs is depoisted under girl's name. The problem is there is no court permission for selling.
While I am purchasing, the girl's age is 17. But before registration I gave it to lawyer for legal opinion. He said all good. And also I have applied loan from DHFL bank. They also sanctioned all the money to me.
Problem for me arised, when I want to move the loan from DHFL to LIC. LIC lawyer are not signing in the legal opinion stating that its Minor property. So my complete loan balance transfer is holding because of that.
What can I do in this situation?
