Dear Sir/Madam,
We have finalized to purchase of two aker farm land in Maharashtra and initially we have paid 2 lacs to the owner as a token. My father is purchasing this land.
As discussed with our family relatives, we came to know that to purchase a land the person who is purchaing a land should have previous/existing farming land and he should be a farmer.
We need guidance that we do not have farm land with ur but father was a farmer earlier before getting a job.
Please let us know on the same whether we can purchase a land.
