I am working with a reputed organisation in delhi. I joined it in feb 2012. In the letter of appointment it was mentioned that my probation period will be of 6 months. Therafter it will be discrition of the the company to extend it. After completion of probation period i was not informed by the company in writing that the probation period has been extended. Now in the month of June after one year and nore than three months they have sent a contract letter of one year instead of confirmation letter. i want to know Legally where do i stand if i go to court.
