Probate of unregistered will

My Grandfather left a Will dated back in 2002 and died in 2006. The will is unregistered but signed by two wittnesses and the executor. and testator himself on both the pages of the will. But the will is not enforced till date and now both the executor (lawyer who created the will ) and the witnesses who signed the will is dead ... Can the Will be Probated By the Registrar? Please advice what course to follow in this case..

For grant of probate of Will, you must approach the court not the registrar.  File a probate case before the district court and you will be guided on further issues.  Consult your lawyer and proceed.
