Private complaint

Due to Lawyers indefinite strike in bangalore can any person  make a private complaint  directly to magistrate under IPC 186,187 ,211 AND 414 against a company which has obstructed the police station in registering a FIR and IPC 378,382,383,390 and 506 against a unknown persons involved in a robbery case.Can such private complaint be sent by registered post.Whether the private complaint should be separate or combined.Please guide

without submit a vakalatnama/power of attorney as a lawyer  you cant file a complaint case in criminal matter.

But in emergency matter court has selp power to accept such complaint. But after complainant has to hire a advocate.

Yes you can file a complaint but not through registered post. you have to be present before the magistrate as he has to take your preliminery statements. You can also file a complaint against unknown persons in that case police can send it for inquiry or investigation to police

yes a person can file a complaint on own before a Magistrate
