Price charged over maximum retail price

I have purchased one product from E commerce operator and he has charged me price above the MRP of the product. The price collected from me is more than the MRP as evident from the box of the product. In this case can I file a compliant with consumer court, futher what is the remedy available and what is procedure.

I also want to know the full procedure to file compliant with consumer court.

You have to serve legal notice to the E-commerce website asking them for clarifications as well as damages for their illegal acts.
if they fail to adhere within 15 days of the receipt of the legal notice, you can file a case in consumer forum for deficiency of services and unfair trade practices adopted by them.
