Prevention of corruption act on retired public servant

Dear experts,

A corrupt public servant retired 6 years ago. He amassed wealth highly disproportionate to his known source of income during service:

1. Can he be charged under Prevention of corruption act.

2. Can his wrongdoings be brought to justice under any other law.

To answer simply, YES. But how you propose to bring these things into open is a different issue. Better Central Vigilence Commission is approached with the available evidence, not hearsay.

There is no limitation for criminal act  until it has come into light.

Yes he can be booked for all the charges but who will do it and how?  Do you have proof to prove his corrupt activities during his service period?  Why waited for six long years for this? or what is the reason for sudden interest in it?, do you want to wreak vengeance on him on some personal notes or issues against him?
