I had been saving for my child.
However nothing had been considered and Interim maintenance (HMA 24 converted to HMA 26) with arrears had been ordered.
I get to see the child only once a month.
I have requested for condonation of delay to review the order.
However, The OP Counsel has put an execution petition within 45 days of the order
Points-
1. The arrears are inflated and huge beyond my capacity
2. The maintenance decided are huge & beyond my capacity
3. My wife is earning more than double my income. Plus my income is irregular. I have financially supported her and her family as long as we were together.
Questions
1. How to respond to the order & execution petition.
2. How much time is available to respond to the both.
3. I have hardly any income, what do I do?
4. Is there any way to defer & eliminate the execution?
