Preliminary decree passed in a partition suit

Dear Sir,

Preliminary decree passed by a district court. In the preliminary decree, it is pronounced that the decree is partly favorable to plaintiff in respect to one of the three properties in the suit. In one of the property, the plaintiff is presently occupying, stating that the property is being owned by her father. Now in  the decree passed, that property is not he father's and hence not being taken for partition. What steps we can take for vacating the house and taking possession. Please advise me.
