False 498A ,n other cases r going on me, in kalyan court
125 crpc case is going on me at Ulhasnagar,which was file on me 2years ago...still going on,it stage is where she is been questioned by my lawyer.....
she told judge false that she is not working,now i got proof of her working (PF details) ...
what is the strongest step which i can takes against her,since she had put me & my parents in police costody for 2 day??

If any maintenance order is granted, then go for cancellation of maintenance order on the ground that she is having sufficient means to maintain herself.
If you think false cases are filed then go for quashing or face the trial, you may acquitted.
you can file divorce petition as well....
