Practical hints in court proceedings.

I am going to complete my law study. Is there any book which teaches practical knowledge in court proceedings, such as what to do after getting a case, in which "Form" to apply? etc. I know, these things are learned under a senior lawyer, but it will be helpful for me, if I get before hand knowledge, as I will be able to learn faster.

Waiting for your valuable advise, Thanks in advance.

File application for being member of bar council. In all case below are the steps: Presentation of plaint, written statement, rejoinder if desired, examination of plaintiff, witness & cross examination of parties. Argument By plaintiff, argument by dependen, summing up, judgement / decree.

Thanks Mr Nagwan. What I actually meant to say that, Is there any book on case filling procedure? I have heard about one book, '"Case filling procedure" by Aruselvam, published by Malathi Publications. Any suggestion on this book or any other books which will help me to learn faster in court procedure will be highly solicited. With thanks and regards, Raj Kumar Goswami.
