there is a lease deed which s to be enforced at a certain date and all the related registrations has been done, but the lessee shifts into that premise before date like say 10-15 days earlier as he was afraid that the lessor might give away the property to someone else. so the part which he has done is it legall or not..? like does he have the right to do so..? any legal provision which prohibits him to do so..?

If a person is not having a right at the time of occupation of the property then he or she whoever does so is guilty of tresspassing and the rightful owner of the property can file a Criminal Complaint against such person, who is guilty of committing the said offence.
